RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY
We are happy to help you. We have an easy return policy within 15 days of delivery.
1. In which cases can I return the product?
All products (except any product bought during SALE) purchased from www.yoloclan.com, are applicable for return or exchange. Just go to your order tracking page and raise the request.
Note: We accept return of product in unused condition and with all its original tag only.
We shall perform internal quality checks and you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder)
2. What is the procedure for returns?
Go to Order tracking page / e-mail click on tracking details. From this page the return request can be raised. You can also reach our support team on care@yoloclan.com and get the required help.
3. What is the procedure for replacement?
For replacements in case of size issues, write an email to caret@yoloclan.com, mention the order id and size required. We shall ship the product as per size requested and as well arrange for reverse pickup.
Details of logistics shall be emailed for tracking purpose.
REFUND POLICY
1. What is the terms and conditions for Refund?
Refund can be applied for any product within 15 days of its date of delivery.
All refunds will be credited in your Bank account / Wallet etc. Details will be requested at the time of return request.

Note: Refund of COD shipping charges [if any] is NOT applicable
2. What is the duration of refund procedure?
Once we receive your product we shall perform internal quality checks.
If okay, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours
3. What should I do if I haven’t received my refund in my account?
We send email to update our customers once we initiate the refund procedure.
If you received such email that we have initiated the refund, please wait for the process to complete at bank side.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. What is the procedure to cancel my order?
For all COD orders, you can cancel it directly from the registered account before it gets shipped.
For prepaid orders, please refer to Return Policy for details.
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it.
If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else. Refer to Return and Refund policies for details.

2. What is the delivery time period?
All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 days after order is received.
Orders within Delhi-NCR India are delivered within 2 – 3 working days.
Orders within rest of India are delivered within 3 – 5 working days. However, the delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
3. Are there any shipping charges applied?
YOLOCLAN provides Free Shipping for all PREPAID orders.
Nominal charges are applied for COD orders. Details shared during checkout.
